Order Cancellation:

You may cancel your order at any time prior to pick up or delivery. Exception: Non-stock or special orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns/Refunds:

Purchases may be returned within 30 days of receipt. The items must be in like new condition and in the box/container in which they were received. For questions about returns, call (435) 259-5036, or email info@packardwholesale.com.

Delivery:

Delivery is available via our local delivery trucks only. We typically deliver locally same or next day depending on availability of the product(s) ordered. Non-local customers will be delivered as per arrangement. Delivery charges will be applied to your order at the time of delivery.

Shipping:

Shipping charges will be applied to your order at the time of order based on shipping method. Please contact us prior to placing your online order for more information about shipping, item availability, or special shipping requirements.

Pickup:

Packard Wholesale offers a pickup option at our Moab warehouse for your convenience.
